The pastoral team is led by Pastor Joseph Maticic.

Joseph Maticic and his family have been at Port Macquarie since 2006. Previously they had spent three years working in Albania as missionaries, helping the church over there and training the young pastors. Prior to that, Joseph and Alison have worked in Victoria for a number of years. Joseph has a passion for preaching and teaching. Alison is involved in health presenting among other tasks. They have two girls, Elena and Marilla.
